Ground Training

Cabin Crew Training

Cabin crew training is specifically tailored for individuals aspiring to work as flight attendants or cabin crew members. It covers both theoretical and practical aspects necessary to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers on board an aircraft. Cabin crew training includes topics such as emergency procedures, first aid and CPR, crew resource management, customer service and hospitality, aviation security, in-flight service protocols, and cultural awareness. It equips aspiring cabin crew members with the skills to handle various in-flight situations professionally, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the well-being of passengers throughout their journey.
